Serve as the Black Belt / Master Black Belt Manager for the Operations Learning & Performance Improvement Group. This position has two primary objectives. First, to quickly understand the operations' processes, procedures, and critical quality measures in order to lead key operational projects ensuring desired results are achieved and completed on time, budget and to quality standards. Secondly, to train and mentor colleagues to develop a culture of managing by facts and continuous improvement. |
