As a Technical Writer within Medco's Learning & Performance Improvement department you will work collaboratively with business partners and clinical staff as well as pharmacy and call center representatives to establish and execute communication strategies for company projects, create standard operating procedures and system user manuals. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of high quality, user based documentation for publication to internal call center and pharmacy customers.
