| Job Description |
The Sr. Manager of Technical Writing oversees the development and implementation of customized reference materials for all Operations staff. End products include but are not limited to: system user manuals, system release updates, standard operating procedures manuals, client program updates and product updates. Coaches writers and client subject matter experts in creating communications strategy and implementation plans. Mentors writers and client subject matter experts in creating user friendly materials using recognized best practices especially metacognitive processes such as information mapping. |
