Delivers classroom and e-Learning instruction to associates on a variety of subject matters such as sales, operations, industry knowledge, general business practices, and the RJF culture. Trains associates on software applications via phone sessions, traditional classroom based methods, and synchronous e-Learning events. Serves as a Client Advocate within the organization on various projects, initiatives, and activities related to the learning function. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Trains workforce on technical applications via a variety of delivery methods including phone sessions, instructor-led classes, and synchronous e-Learning events. Provides instructor-led training and education at Home Office and remote locations, including RJU courses, RJF conferences, and Weekend Technology Training events. Manages all phone training activities using corporate call management system. Writes curriculum objectives and lesson plans and/or provides feedback and subject matter expertise to course designers and developers on same. Effectively communicates learner feedback on course content and system functionality to the appropriate resources.Provides Quality Assurance review on course content and E-learning events. Prepares materials for learning events.Prepares written reports on instructor-led learning events. Serves as a liaison between branches and various in-house departments by answering questions and serving on various teams. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. |
