Our meeting will be on Flow Oriented Teaming - a tool for practical team success and facilitated by Dr. Robert C. Preziosi.
Flow Oriented Teaming is a behavior-based model with dual paths, team leader behavior and team member behavior. It also addresses priority issues for each of the 6 stages of the model. However, unlike most other team models , the behavior in the stages become intertwined on a continuous basis. As a team is built, there is one set of behaviors building upon previous set(s) of behavior. Once a team is a team there is continuous movement throughout an intertwined circuitry as various elements impact the multiplicity of leader and member behaviors. Only constancy of performance based upon a team's level of adaptability keeps a team functioning as such.
