Speaker Biography: Brian Zaas is responsible for bringing Forum’s learning development and performance improvement programs to leading Fortune 500 companies. He brings over 20 years experience in management consulting for leadership development, performance improvement, sales, marketing, customer experience, and employee development. Brian has served in various roles as SVP, Director, and senior manager with leading global companies like Fujitsu, Computer Associates, MCI, and Sage Software, as well as emerging companies and start-ups across a broad spectrum of industries.
Brian holds a Masters in Technology Management (MTM) from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Masters of Administrative, Management (MBA/MPA) from the University of Maryland, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute (PMI).
