Fact: Aligning the brainʼs preferences with the organization's needs increases productivity by 20%.
ROI (Return on Intelligence) provides 3 tools that enables training & OD managers, trainers and instructional designers to easily assess: (1) the organizational culture needed for sustainable success, (2) determine the critical skills needed to support the organizationʼs future direction, and (3) identify individual/group brain resources. Using these brain based tools enables the training function to align individuals/jobs and organizational culture to measurably increase productivity and sustainability.
50% of the presentation will be spent with participants working with the tools to assess:
- Their own brain profiles
- Their own job profiles
- Their organizationʼs profiles
- A management skill assessment.
Participants will learn:
- The neuroscience behind increasing employee brain effectiveness
- How to assess individual/group brain preferences
- How to profile an organization's culture
- How to assess the critical training skills needed for the organization's success
- How to look at training from a strategic focus, linking training to the organization's success, and increasing the effectiveness of training by making it more brainbased
- How to align individuals, groups, and organization direction in a way that is measurable, easily implemented and quickly understood
Participants will learn about the brain based tools that are available and the neuroscience behind aligning the individual/group/job/culture. Participants will return to work with several tools that they will have experienced during the session and can immediately use back at work.
