Full Color Living; Full Color Organizations
Presented by Jennifer Walker
www.fullcolorliving.com
SESSION DESCRIPTION
For the last year, Jennifer Walker has been working on a book about "full color living" -- how individuals can live more fully self-expressive lives and find greater satisfaction and joy in the process. She was inspired to explore this topic because she has seen too many examples of "grayness" in organizations -- people who are bringing maybe 50% of themselves to work each day, whatever the reason.
The topic of engagement has gained much attention over the last few years. An engaged employee is one who is bringing himself or herself fully to the organization – who is motivated to offer his or her discretionary effort. A highly-engaged workforce benefits the organization through greater retention, higher productivity and increased competitiveness in the marketplace.
In this program, you will have the opportunity to:
- Explore the concept of “full color living” in your own life
- Review the research about engagement in the workplace
- Increase your knowledge about how to help create work environments that attract, retain and inspire their employees
Be sure to RSVP today and join us on November 4th for a lively, interactive and highly beneficial session you won’t want to miss!
