Experience the 'Heart' in OD
Imagine what an organization grounded in heart-based values could accomplish. Sharon Joy Kleitsch and Harold Aldrich will help us experience dialogic processes that deepen and enrich the cultivation of caring and cooperation in organizations. They will also show us a fascinating technology for demonstrating group coherence. Be ready to lighten up!
Sharon Joy Kleitsch is a community consultant and principal of The Connection Partners, Inc. She is a former corporate executive who applies her sales, marketing and relationship management skills to cultivate shared leadership and collective wisdom. Sharon Joy has over 30 years of facilitation experience, including Open Space, Appreciative Inquiry and World Café. She earned her master's degree with theologian Matthew Fox and her bachelor's in sociology at the University of Missouri.
Harold Aldrich has been a consultant and coach for more than 30 years. He is the Principal of Clarity Consultants, Inc., which supports values-based organizational development, including strategy, leadership, constructive dialogue, and consensus culture change. Harold earned his bachelor's degree in communications at the University of Florida.
