Program Description: Our speaker, Terry Danahy, will draw on his experience as a Senior HR executive at a variety of companies (Pepsi, Campbell Soup, Tropicana, Black and Decker, and USAir). He will present his view of corporate culture and how it is impacted by factors such as foreign ownership, history, product lines, and success or failure in the business. The program will then lead to a discussion of adapting to different cultural realities.
