- Customer and Market Focus
- Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management
- Workforce Focus

- Results
Ed is a five-year Senior Examiner who has participated on three Governor’s Sterling Award examination teams and two Sterling Challenge teams. He will be leading our discussion on how this “Performance Excellence Model” seems to combine the kinds of activities/assignments/challenges OD professionals undertake. Ed is “still” working with the City of Lakeland in their newly formed Performance Excellence Division, has been a member of the OD SIG since it’s second meeting, and is an original Steering Committee member and Conference Chairperson for the Florida Benchmarking Consortium.
Attached is a short employee survey we will use to discuss the criteria. Please print and bring a copy with you if you plan to attend. Sterling Website - http://www.floridasterling.com/
