The SunCoast Chapter of ASTD presents a workshop that will share the tools, tips and techniques to take any professional to a higher level of facilitation skill. Whether you:

• Are new to the workplace learning and performance profession
• Have some WLP experience, but are looking to grow your skill set
• Are a professional in any role, and you need to add facilitation skills to your repertoire to increase credibility and impart knowledge on others

The workshop will review many commonly-used facilitation techniques, and allow participants to see the tips and tools used in practice as part of the session. Through a series of interactive discussions, exercises and activities, participants will gain a variety of skills used to create engaging learning events.

“Delivering Training” remains the second most important competency in the workplace learning and performance professional’s toolkit, according to the ASTD Competency Model.
